I believe that by empowering organizations with intentional mindfulness tools, we can foster balances of work + life and mind + body, contributing to a more peaceful world.
Provide an intentional approach to increasing peace through immersive workshops, classes, customized wellness programs, and education. Tailored to improve self-awareness, reduce stress, increase focus, decrease burnout and promote mental and physical health.
Struggling with stress and anxiety in the corporate world in 2017, I turned to meditation, experiencing a profound connection to myself and inner peace. In 2018, I earned certification as a Jiivana (L.I.F.E) Yoga® Meditation Teacher, marking the beginning of my commitment to guiding others on their path to well-being. This journey was followed by becoming a 500-Hour registered yoga teacher and completing certifications in Prenatal Yoga and Sound Healing.
Propelled by my firsthand experiences of how holistic practices bring profound peace to both personal and professional realms, I created 2nd Life Wellness, LLC. Holding a Master of Science in Business Management, I draw from over 18 years of experience working in the corporate world including being a certified Cognitive Behavioral Life Coach. My approach fosters a unique and personalized journey towards balance, peace, and better health. With a true understanding of the pressures faced by employees and employers alike, I welcome you to experience holistic wellness at 2nd Life Wellness where each session is crafted to alleviate stress, nurture well-being, and bring more peace into your life.
